Stella Luna Yoga, located at 9191 Valley View St. in Cypress, is the closest spot to get exercise and calm nerves to students at Cypress College.
Business owner Stella Luna classically trained in ballet and other forms of dance she learned how to navigate through the body in form. Graduating with a BFA from CSUF, she says she learned how to harness energy.
“Stella Luna Yoga is a family owned and operated establishment that allows healing in many different modalities to optimize your commitment to your investment in you vitality, health and overall well being through yoga asana, meditation, food and continuing education. This is a resource for you to become the best you can be,” said Luna.
Luna adds that Stella Luna Yoga’s intention is to provide a place that you can use to find what you need to help you feel better today and tomorrow.

With business hours being from Monday-Sat 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Stella Luna Yoga prices start as little as $17 a session. Luna also has donation based classes which is giving the instructor as little as a homemade healthy snack or tips to show your appreciation of the class.
