On May 28 at the Viper Room on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood, The Bolts will be live in concert.
The Bolts, a local rock band from Irvine, have come a long way. The band is made up of Addam Farmer who plays bass and does vocals. Ryan Kilpatrick who plays guitar, keys, and vocals. Austin Farmer who plays keys and vocals. Heath Farmer who plays guitar and vocals, and Matt Champagne who plays drums.
“I have been a fan of them since 2009 and they always put on a great concert,” said Nicole Jowett, 21, Film Major. Jowett also said that she first started following this group after watching them perform at Disneyland.
Disneyland’s Tomorrowland Terrace became a platform for the band. They would perform their own songs and everyone would dance along. “My favorite part of the night would be when they would perform Disney hits!” said Denise Olmos, 25, Human Services major. That’s right – they perform Disney hits such as “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” from Mulan and “You’ll Be In My Heart” from Tarzan.
Christina Flores, 24, Theater major said, “I’m excited to see them perform outside of Disneyland since I don’t have a pass anymore. Plus, they are performing a new song!”
