From Sailor Moon to Master Chief: my favorite cosplay of Comic-Con 2014

The San Diego International Comic-Con is by far the granddaddy of them all when it comes to showcasing the best of geek and nerd culture, and the 2014 edition was no exception. With an estimated 130,000+ attendees roaming the San Diego Convention Center and its surrounding areas, professional and amateur cosplayers alike almost always bring their best and most elaborate costumes to to showcase at the massive convention. And while I’ve seen some pretty impressive costumes at some of the smaller conventions this year, nothing compares to the showmanship and detail I encountered while at Comic-Con this year.

I asked dozens of cosplayers to pose for Cychron, and they did not disappoint. You can check out my favorites below. Be sure to tell me your favorites in the comments below or on Twitter @erikdlucas!
