Did you forget to brush your teeth today? Or put a pair of socks on before rushing out the door? No need to panic.
The Human Services Club hosted one of their many drives to provide hygienic products donated by students and staff members on February 18 through March 5.
We all get busy during the hussle and bussle of everyday life where we forget the little things like brushing our hair or our teeth. In fact, there are plenty of people on campus to help you navigate your way through the tough college years.
Thanks to the Human Services Club Advisor, James Tapia and the Associated Students (AS) for jump-starting the drive to helping fellow students who may not have the financial resources to buy the essentials such as feminine products, toothpaste, shampoo, or socks. Whether you’re on a tight budget or you just simply can’t afford it, they’ve got your back.
The club is all about empowering one another where they stand by their motto “students helping students” and they do so by showing support, care, and compassion for the world in which we all share, love and live in.
If you need any of these products and haven’t already had a chance, stop by the Student Activities Center located on the second floor of Gym ll.
They are open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm.
