With the start of “Giving Back Season”, Cypress and surrounding cities offer food drives, food banks, soup kitchens, and many more assistance programs to provide for the community during the fall and winter seasons. These programs also bring many volunteering and donation opportunities for any person to participate in.
Assistance programs such as food drives, pantries and clothing drives are in service all year long but as the weather gets colder, the demand for these services increases. Which is why food drives are more popular during fall and winter season, leading to high demand of donations and volunteers to maintain order at these beneficial events. Below there will be a list of local food drives and programs offering groceries and volunteer opportunities including donations.
