Those receiving a vaccine will have the option of being administered the Pfizer -Biotech
vaccine, The Johson & Johson will be available with limited doses and Moderna for a second
shot.

In order to meet the deadline, students must receive the final vaccine dose not later than

spring 2022 semester unless they have an approved exemption.
“I have mixed feelings. It’s not easy to be in favor or against a mandate” said Viramontes with
regards to the mandate.
Students and employees who are fully Vaccinate are required to upload their vaccination
records via my gateway. Those who want to request an exemption due to religious or medical
reasons can do it as well via my gateway.
